What’s Included With Your Vendor Registration – $200

  • 10ft x 6ft Vendor Space
  • Brand placement on event flyer and website
  • Instagram promotion & shoutouts (pre-event + event day)
  • Inclusion on official event map
  • In-event shoutouts by DJ and host
  • Custom Thank-You Box featuring samples + brand love
  • Access to on-site amenities (restrooms, covered areas)
  • 6ft Table Rental: $15 (limited quantity available) Must be requested during registration; added to invoice if available

Important Vendor Terms & Requirements

By submitting your application, you confirm the following:

  • You are fully prepared to vend, including product availability, transportation, and setup needs.
  • You understand vendor fees are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation or weather (event is rain or shine).
  • You are responsible for your own materials, display setup, tablecloths, signage, and payment processing tools.
  • Tents are not permitted unless specified otherwise due to space limitations.
  • Electricity is available only in designated areas and must be requested in advance.

Legal & Safety Disclaimer

  • PopUp SoFlo and the property owners are not responsible for vendor property, loss, damage, or liability.
  • Vendors must ensure their setup is safe, stable, and does not obstruct walkways.
  • Submission does not guarantee acceptance. Applications are juried for quality, originality, and category fit.
  • If selected, your space is not secured until payment is received.

We’re big on visual presentation, creative branding, and great energy! Vendors who bring props, thoughtful signage, matching uniforms, or interactive booths always attract more customers. Be intentional—it pays off.

Vendor Acceptance Process

  1. Submit your full application below.
  2. You’ll receive a response within 3 business days if accepted.
  3. Once approved, you’ll receive a payment link and contract to finalize your spot.
  4. Final setup instructions will be shared the week of the event.
